摘要 在课程论学科建设与发展方向上,代表认为:对课程本质的再认识,是课程论学科建设和发展的内在要求;课程论的学科性质、功用和价值取向需要同时关注两方面的需求,既能科学分析课程改革中出现的问题,又能切实有效地解决课程实践中遇到的难题;课程研究和教学研究作为一种理性认识形态,课程论和教学论作为知识形态,两者之间倒是可以用“整合”一词。在课程设计方面.代表们提出两种设计观,即体现课程根本属性的课程设计观和校本化的课程设计观。课程实施在内涵和外延上比教学宽泛,课程实施受课程制度和课程意识等隐性因素影响,课程实施不应在一种取向下探讨不同取向的课程实施问题,重要的是要依据“是否满足学生的需要并且有利于促进学生的发展”这一标准来对课程实施进行价值判断。针对课程评价存在的现状和问题,课程评价研究者和实践者需要进一步做好理论研究、加强地方和学校的课程评价、制订有效的课程评价标准、建立合理的课程评价机制以及加强对话和协商等工作。在教师专业发展上,要理性面对教师专业发展存在的问题,积极深化对教师专业发展的认识,科学探索教师专业发展的路径。 On the discipline construction and development of curriculum theory, the representatives think that it is the inner requirement of the discipline construction and development to re-understand the curriculum essence. The discipline nature, function and value orientation of curriculum theory require us to concern for two aspects of needs simultaneously. Not only should we analyze the problems of curriculum reform scientifically , but also should we solve the difficult problems in the curriculum practice effectively. As a form of rational recognition in curriculum research and teaching research and as a form of knowledge in curriculum theory and teaching theory, it is possible to integrate both of them. As for curriculum design, the representatives put forward two outlooks of design , that is the outlook of curriculum design which embodies the profound properties of curriculum and the outlook which embodies the school-based curriculum . The curriculum implementation has broader intension and extension than that of teaching. The curriculum implementation are influenced by such hidden elements as curriculum system and curriculum consciousness. It is not supposed to explore the different orientated problems of curriculum implementation under a single orientation. What's important is that we should make value judgment for curriculum implementation according to the standard that whether it meet the demands of students and is helpful for students' development. As to the current situation and problems of curriculum assessment, the researcher and practitioners should make further theoretical research, reinforce the curriculum assessment of locality and schools, define effective curriculum assessment standards, set up fare curriculum assessment system and reinforce the dialogue and negotiation. As for teachers' professional development, we should face rationally the problems of teachers' professional development and deepen the recognition of teachers' professional development and explore the way of teachers' professional development scientifically.
