More and more foreign-based ven- ture capital are elbowing into China, plus there are increasing domestic VCs. It looks like China is an ideal place for VCs to make a fortune. It also seems that it’s a good time for start-up companies to get investment. However, the market is not as beautiful as it looks like. VC profit margins begin to fall only several years after VC was known in China. More new companies are competing for investment blindly--they don’t know how to get it.
