摘要
目的探讨心室肌致密化不全的超声诊断。方法对1例发现心脏杂音、7例以进行性心功能不全为主要症状的患者采用彩色多普勒超声心动图检查。结果超声心动图可见多发突入心室肌内的肌小梁和与心室腔交通深陷的小梁间隙,左心室腔扩大。结论超声心动是诊断心室肌致密化不全的可靠方法。
Objective To explore the characteristics of noncompaction ventricular myocardium under ultrasonic cardiography. Methods 8 patienls, 1 with non-symptom and other 7 with various cardiac dysfunctions and arrhythmias, accepted ultrasonic cardiography, Results Numerous ventricular trabeculae and deep intertrabecular recesses, as well as left ventricular dilatations were found under ultrasonic cardiography. Conclusion Noncompaction ventricular myocardlum can be diagnosed with ultrasonic cardiography reliahlely.
