从开罐稳定性研究乳胶漆的配方

摘要 通过乳胶漆制备过程及其开罐稳定性的研究,探讨了制备乳胶漆的技术和最佳工艺参数:在不同的分散阶段采用不同的搅拌速率,控制体系的pH=8 ̄8.5,选择合适的助剂和颜填料配比,尽可能选择颗粒小、密度适中、容易分散的颜填料,选择分散剂要高效、适量,选择增稠剂要高效、匹配,以保证具有多功能和增稠、流变性能的兼顾。 The technology of latex paint preparation and the optimum process parameters were discussed by study on preparation of latex paint and its stability of opening can. The different stirring speed should be taken at different dispersion stage,pH=8-8.5 for control system and opting proper proportioning of accessory ingredient and color filling agent.Select small grain, moderate density and easy disperse color filling agent as possible,select high efficiency and right amount dispersion agent,select high efficiency and matching thickener so as to ensure its multifunetion and performance of thickening and rheologieaJ behavior.
