国家蔬菜种质资源中期库黄瓜种子活力监测

Monitoring the Seed Vigor of Cucumber Preserved in the National Medium-term Genebank of Vegetable Germplasm Resources

对国家蔬菜种质资源中期库中不同起始发芽率水平和不同保存年限的黄瓜种子进行了活力监测。结果表明，保存年限对种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数4个指标影响均不显著。即在国家蔬菜种质资源中期库中保存15a内，黄瓜种子活力未呈现显著下降的趋势。但种子入库时的起始发芽率水平显著影响种子安全保存时间，起始发芽率越低，种子活力下降越显著。

Cucumber seeds at difference initial gemination percentage and difference preservation year from the National Medium-term Genebank of Vegetable Germplasm Resources were selected and their seed vigor were detected. Four indexes of gemination percentage, gemination power, gemination index and vigor index did not show obvious difference respectively with the different preservation year,which indicated that germplasm resources of cucumber could be conserved for 10 - 15 years in the Genebank. The initial germination percentage of seeds before preservation significantly affected their safely preservation time.
