摘要
利用菌片接种法进行灰霉病苗期人工接种抗性鉴定,对国家蔬菜种质资源中期库中保存的不同来源地及农艺性状差异较大的96份黄瓜种质资源进行初步抗性评价。结果显示,不同黄瓜种质材料的平均病斑面积在0~367.4mm^2之间,对灰霉病的抗性差异明显。
Gray mold(Botrytis cinerea) ,which was one of important diseases worldwide,did harm to cucumber production in our country in recent years. Ninety-six cucumber accessions selected from the National Mid - term Genebank of Vegetable Germplasm Resources were identified with the inoculation method of myeelial plugs. Results showed that the average area of disease spot in leaves of different germplasms were from 0 to 367.4 mm^2, and the difference of their resistance to gray mold was significant.
