利用AFLP标记鉴别黄瓜栽培品种的亲缘关系 被引量:1

摘要 利用AFLP分子标记技术对78个黄瓜栽培品种进行亲缘关系分析。获得1个扩增条带清晰丰富、多态性极高的引物组合,此对引物可将78个黄瓜品种完全区分开来。采用全联法进行遗传聚类分析,以欧氏距离系数4为阈值,将78个黄瓜品种分为五大类。第一类是津研、津春、津优系列等;第二类多数是长春密刺和津研4号血缘的品种,瓜瘦长、刺瘤明显、肉质较脆;第三类主要是东北的旱黄瓜;第四类是含荷兰温室和日本少刺型遗传背景的杂交种;第五类多为保护地密刺型。 Genetic relationship among 78 cucumber varieties was analyzed by AFLP markers. One primer combination was screened with high polymorphic fragments from ten primers combinations, which can be used to distinguish 78 cucumber varieties. The study demonstrated that molecular markers would provide more efficient evidence for identification varieties.
