皮肤肿瘤中的雌激素受体及皮肤恶性黑素瘤中雌激素和孕激素受体及C－erbB2癌基因的表达

Expression of estrogen receptor in cutaneous malignant tumor and estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and C-erbB_2 oncoprotein in cutaneous malignant melanoma

通过对８个病种的２１例皮肤恶性肿瘤进行的雌激素受体的免疫组化标记（ＡＢＣ法），发现有２例皮肤恶性黑素瘤呈阳性表达。在１５例皮肤恶性黑素瘤中进行的免疫组化染色中（ＬＳＡＢ），雌激素受体阳性７例、孕激素受体阳性３例、Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ２癌基因阳性７例。

The skin biopsy specimens of 21 patients with cutaneous malignant tumor were immunohistochemically stained with the estrogen receptor, two cases of cutaneous malignant melanoma showed positive result. In addition, of fifteen patients with cutaneous malignant melanoma, seven were positive to estrogen receptor, three to progesterone receptor and seven to C-erbB_2 oncoprotein. The authors consider that it will be hopeful to get biologic evidences for the steroid treatments and improving the prognosis of cutaneous malignant melanoma by further investigation.
