Comparison of physiological parameters of the skin of face in normal people under two different conditions

本文主要检测正常人体面部皮肤在清洗前后状态下的生理参数。通过两种生理参数的比较，发现经常使用化妆品的自愿者在额部、颧部、颊部等部位两种参数均有较显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而不常使用者则无差异。提示只有清洗后的面部皮肤生理参数才对消费者科学地选择化妆品有指导意义；反之。

This study is to measure the physiological parameters of the skin of face(PPSF) in normal volunteers before and after cleansing the skin. The results showed that the PPSF of the skin of forehead, zygomatic area and cheek were significantly different before and after cleansing in those who often use cosmetics (P<0. 05). But for those who rarely use cosmetics there was no difference in PPSF before and after cleansing (P>0. 05). The difference between the two groups indicates that only the PPSF after cleansing will be helpful to consumers in choosing suitable cosmetics and using them correctly, and the PPSF before cleansing will probably lead them to a wrong choice.
