银杏内生真菌菌种的分离及鉴定

Isolation and identification of endophytic fungi in Ginkgo biloba L.

目的对4个不同来源银杏G inkgo bilobaL.的根、茎中内生真菌进行分离、鉴定。方法用组织块法分离,用点植法对分离菌株进行分类鉴定。结果分离获得内生真菌178株,鉴定为1纲、4目、6科、28属。结论不同来源的银杏内生真菌的种群、数量及分布部位存在着显著差异。

OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the endophytic fungi in Ginkgo biloba L. of 4 kinds of habitat. METHODS Endophytes were isolated by issue - culture method and identified by spot - planting method. RESULTS 178 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated and they were morphologically identified belonging to 28 genera, 6 families, 4 orders and 1 class. CONCLUSION The quantity, species and distributing of the endophytes varied in Ginkgo biloba L. of different habitats.
