RP-HPLC测定连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Lianpu Shuangqing tablet by HPLC

目的 建立测定连蒲双清片含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法，用C18柱，乙腈-0．03mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（45：55）为流动相，检测波长为265nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱在0．1706～1．3645μg内线性关系良好（r=0．9997），平均加样回收率为99．9％，RSD=1．48％。结论 所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于连蒲双清片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE An RP - HPLC method was adopted for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Lianpu Shuangqing tablet. METHODS A C18 column was used with UV detection at 265 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.03 mol. L-1 KH2 PO4 （45 ： 55 ）. RESULTS Berberine hydrochloride had a good linearity in the range of 0. 1706 - 1. 3645 μg（ r = 0. 9997） ,and the average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 1.48%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used for controling the quality of Lianpu Shuangqing tablet.
