3-D numerical simulation of fluid flow and heat transfer in heat exchanger and field synergy analysis

摘要 为了分析换热器整体场协同关系,利用多孔介质分布阻力模型和换热器核心模型,采用三维数值计算的方法研究管壳式换热器的流动与传热,分析了换热器壳程场协同和传热效率的关系,以及壳程纵向流动和横向流动的场协同角随流速的变化规律,为优化换热器设计提供了理论基础。 To analyze the relation of field synergy in heat exchanger of shell-side, fluid flow and heat transfer of tube-shell heat exchanger are studied with 3-D numerical calculation by using the distributed resistance model of porous media and the core model of heat exchanger. These studies include the analysis of the relation between heat transfer efficiency and the field-synergy angle in heat exchanger, and the rule of the field-synergy angle changing with lengthways flow and transverse flow. All these provide the theoretical basis for optimizing the design of heat exchanger.
