摘要
针对目前国内小直径管井下注剂设备配套工具不完整,不能满足现场使用要求的情况,研制了井下注剂用小直径管起下装置。该装置采用可正反向旋转的液马达驱动主轴的方案,通过同步齿轮带动链条,夹紧机构使链条上的夹块夹住小直径管,由液压系统实现整个操作与控制,从而使装置上下运动。井场模拟试验表明,井下注剂用小直径管起下装置可完全满足小直径管起下作业的要求,且可避免小直径管管体的变形和损坏。
The accessory tools for the downhole chemical injection device of small-diameter pipe is not complete and cannot meet the requirement of field use. To solve the problem, the running and pulling device of small-diameter pipe for downhole chemical injection is developed. The device uses the hydraulic motor with forward and backward rotation to drive the main axis. The synchronic gear moves the chain and the clamping mechanism makes the clamping block on the chain clamp the small-diameter pipe. The hydraulic system carries out the whole operation and control, making the device move upwardly and downwardly. The simulation test on the well site indicates that the device can completely meet the demand of the running and pulling operation of the small-diameter pipe and can prevent the deformation and damage of the tubular body of the small-diameter pipe.
