自适应大径向位移误差的连杆式联轴器

摘要 设计一种采用连杆机构作为中间环节的挠性联轴器。当输出轴与输入轴之间发生大的径向位移时,中间环节连杆机构能自动调节,以适应输入轴与输出轴之间的径向位移,在可靠保证输出轴与输入轴同步旋转的同时,中间挠性环节既不产生附加动负荷,又不产生使输出轴回复到初始位置的强制力,从而较好地满足了工程需要。 A kind of flexible coupling that adopts the connecting-rod as the intermediate link was designed. Whenever there happened a big radial displacement between the outputting axial and the inputting axial the linkage of intermediate link could automatically make an adjustment so as to suit the radial displacement between the inputting axial and the outputting axial. While at the same time ensuring reliably the synchronous revolution between the outputting axial and the inputting axial, the intermediate flexible link will neither produce additional dynamic loading nor produce the compulsory force that makes the outputting axial return to its initial position, thus fairly good satisfied the needs of project.
