义乌市公路网2020年规划发展目标的各项评价指标均说明路网规划方案的效益大于费用,并能承受较大风险,说明该规划路网方案可以接受。义乌市市域公路网的建成,其主要体现在社会效益上,在政治、经济、环境三方面都有重要意义。
Each evaluation index of highway network planning of Yiwu in 2020 indicates that Yiwu will get much more benefit than expense from the planning that can undertake much risk, which means the planning is acceptable. The completing of highway network mainly get social benefit and has great significance to politics, economics and environment.
