Research for 1500A Short-circuit Test for the Electronic Switch

分析了电子开关电器负载出现短路故障时,短路电流流经电子开关的危险情况,从电子开关的特点出发,论证了电子开关进行1500A短路试验的必要性。提出进行该试验对试验用电源系统的要求,设计试验电路的方法,短路试验的试验顺序,以及试验中应注意的安全问题,最后给出了试验结果判定的准则。

The analysis and research on the dangerous conditions that when the load of the electronic switches being short-circuit, a huge short-circuit current will pass through the electronic switch and make it become dangerous, then it demonstrates the essentiality of 1500A short-circuit test combining with the characteristics of the electronic switches. And also it gives some requirements of the test power supply, guides of how to design the test circuit, sequence and some safety issues of this test. Finally it gives a rule of judgement.
