Measurement of Residual Stresses of Composite Materials by Blind-hole Method

摘要 应用盲孔法结合相移云纹干涉实验测量正交各向异性复合材料的残余应力。首先由相移云纹干涉方法测取盲孔孔边任意点的位移,然后通过有限元数值模拟得出释放应变矩阵,进而求出测量点的残余应力值。讨论了在不同孔深的情况下残余应力测量值的变化规律。 The blind-hole method and phase-shift moir6 interference experiment were combined to measure residual stresses of composite materials. Firstly, phase-shift moir6 interference method was used to measure the displacement of any point around the blind-hole. Then the strain release matrix was obtained by FEM. Finally, the residual stresses in the measuring point of composite material are got. Moreover, the varying rules of the residual stresses in different depth are discussed.
