摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法对高校实施运动处方教学进行了探讨,分析了健身运动处方教学以人为本、以学生为主、讲求实效等众多优点的同时,也指出了目前高校开展运动处方教学所面临的问题和不足,特别指出应该加强运用运动处方促进学生心理健康方面的研究。从而为运动处方教学在高校的开展、普及提供理论参考,探索一条适合现代社会和人健康发展的高校体育教育新模式,推动高校健康教育改革。
The article makes a discussion on the exercise prescription teaching on the basis of literature review and interview. A number of advantages of this teaching approach, such as its individual-based, student-oriented and effect-pursuing properties, are analyzed, and the problems and inefficiency that the universities and colleges face during the process of exercise prescription teaching are also pointed out. This approach needs substantial attention in order to keep students" psychology healthy, for it can not only provide the theoretical reference for the performances of such teaching in colleges, but also explore a new style for physical education in colleges, thus accelerates the reform on the health education.
