摘要
利用机器视觉技术和美国NI的视觉开发模块,设计了对果蝇复眼坏区进行甄别的图像处理程序。成功地提取了样本图片中的复眼轮廓和其中的坏区斑点,对坏斑的大小进行了分析,给出了复眼和坏斑的面积,并与Matlab的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,采用NI的视觉开发模块避免了计算机文本语言的复杂编程,简化了图像系统的开发,也增加了应用的灵活性。
An image processing program to discriminate the drosophila's bad compound eyes was designed by using machine vision techn- ology and Nl's vision development module. The contour line of the compound eyes in the sampled pictures was extracted successfully and the bad speckles within it were also extracted and analyzed. The areas of the eyes and the bad regions were presented, which was compared with the results given by Matlab. It show that the complicated programming of text language can be avoided by adopting NI's vision developing module. It can also simplify the developing work and increase the application flexibility.
