刺激大鼠坐骨神经向中端对胃酸分泌的影响

摘要 研究了电刺激大鼠坐骨神经向中端前、后胃酸分泌量的变化。食道插管向胃内输入生理盐水,十二指肠插管收集灌流液,0.005 mol/L NaOH滴定,比较电刺激大鼠坐骨神经向中端前、后胃酸分泌量的变化。结果表明:电刺激坐骨神经向中端后胃酸的分泌量明显减少(从刺激前的6.18μmol/15 min减少到刺激后的4.45μmol/15 min,P<0.01)。说明坐骨神经传入纤维的兴奋可抑制胃酸的分泌。 The change of gastric acid secretion after electric stimulation of the centrum side of sciatic nerve was studied. The perfusate flowing out of stomach before and after stimulation was gathered separately and titrated with 0. 005 mol/L NaOH, then the gastric acid secretion after stimulation was compared with that of before stimulation. We observed a remarkable decrease of gastric acid secretion after stimulation (from 6.18 μmol/15 min to 4,45 μmol/15 rain, P 〈 0.01 ). The result suggests that the excitement of the afferent fibers in the sciatic nerve can inhibit the secretion of gastric acid.
