摘要
为从小麦麸皮中得到更多的半纤维素,研究了直接碱提、蒸煮后碱提、加酸蒸煮后碱提对半纤维素得率的影响,结果表明:提高碱液浓度和进行蒸煮预处理均可不同程度提高半纤维素得率,其中加酸蒸煮半纤维素得率在25%以上。
To obtain high yields of hemicellulose from wheat bran, some extracting methods were investigated which were only with NaOH solution for extraction, alkali extracting after steaming treatment and steaming with acid treatment then alkali extracting. The results showed that yields of hemicellulose were raised in different degrees by raising concentration of alkali and steaming treatment before extraction, yields of hemicellulose were above 25 % when steamed with acid.
