副银屑病45例临床与病理分析

Clinical and histopathological study in 45 cases of parapsoriasis

报道４５例副银屑病的临床和组织病理变化，并对３８例病例作了追踪随访，发现在临床上副银屑病与蕈样肉芽肿（ＭＦ）早期有相似的表现，其组织学改变也近似。根据早期ＭＦ（斑片为主）的病理诊断标准，对副银屑病４５例的组织病理切片，进行回顾性复查，结果其中３例确诊为ＭＦ。

The clinical and histopathological features of forty-five cases of parapsorsis were analysed.And thirty-eight cases of them have been followed up. It is said that the lesions and the histopathological changes in parapsoriasis and those in the early stage of mycosis fungides (MF) are similar. Using Dr Ackerman's criteria for the histopathologyical diagnosis of early Patch/plague stage of MF, we reviewed the fortyfive biopsy specimens of parapsoriasis cases and found that three of them were true MF with both typical clinical manifestation and histopathological changes.
