Library sustainable development is the important link of vigor civilization construction in our country. Library sustainable development in our country is restricted by five major factors. They are： deficient in self- development mechanism and people of talent, not good enough on service level, inadequate consumers ＇ability and lack cooperative among libraries. In order to promote library sustainable development in our country, we should blaze new ideas in management system, personal system, service, fostering ability of information consumers and constructing strategy alliance. That＇s the basic guarantee.
