摘要
文章从图书馆的历史和现实出发,根据图书馆的本质特性,以实际指导图书馆工作为目的,提出并阐述了图书馆的三大精神,即服务精神、平等精神和发展精神。
Based on the history, reality and the nature of library, the paper puts forward and discusses the three spirits of library which are service spirit, equality spirit and development spirit.
