根据知识服务的内容、特征和服务模式,探讨知识服务的人力资源保障;提出了建立动态知识服务团队的构想;讨论了实行双学位人才及高素质人才培养和引进问题。
According to the content, characteristics and service model of knowledge service, the article discussed the demanded human resources for knowledge service, proposed a plan to construct dynamic knowledge service teamwork. Moreover, it also discussed the indraught of culturing talents with double academic degrees and the training of highquality talents.
