On Complementary and Existence of Electronic Journal and Printed Journal

Through comparison and analysis of the merits and defects of electronic joumals and printed joumals, this article holds the point of view that, these two kinds of joumal are complementary and mutual dependent, and it also puts forward some advices for journal management.
