摘要
本文运用知识资本理论分析图书馆知识资本结构要素,探讨图书馆知识资本循环规律,从而揭示图书馆的知识转移机制。
This paper gives an analysis of the essential factors of the composition of the intellectual capital of the library, by applying the theory of the intellectual capital, makes an exploration of the law of the management of intellectual capital of the library, and then brings to light the transferring system of knowledge of the library.
