鼻咽癌侵犯翼腭窝的CT特征及临床意义

CT CHARACTERISTICS OF NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA INVOLVING THE PTERYGOPATATINE FOSSA AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

对经病理证实累及翼腭窝的３０例鼻咽癌及对正常和异常翼腭窝的ＣＴ表现的分析结果表明：翼腭窝受侵犯的主要ＣＴ特征为：（１）翼腭窝填塞与窝腔增宽；（２）翼腭窝周壁有骨质破坏。对其临床意义作了讨论。

Thirty cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology involving the pterygopatatine fossa were studied with the help of CT scan. Normal and abnormal CT appearances of pterygopatatine fossa were analyzed. The abnormal CT features included the pterygopatatine embolization orexpansion and the surrounding destruction. The pterygopatatine fossa lesions,the compression and theinvolvement with surrounding tissues could clearly be shown by CT scanning.
