模具设计是摩托车新车型迅速推向市场的关键,针对现有模具设计软件存在的问题,提出基于KBE(KnowledgeBasedEngineering,基于知识工程)技术的摩托车注塑件模具快速响应设计技术,详细阐述了模具设计中KBE的特点和关键技术,并对快速响应设计的内涵和实现进行了深入探讨,提出基于KBE模具快速响应设计的系统整体思想、KBE设计构架和具体设计流程。
Mold design is the key by which new motor type seize hold of market rapidly. Aimed at problem existing in mold design software, KBE-based fast respond design technology for motor injection mold is developed. KBE is the basic and kernel of the system, and it is combined with fast respond design, parallel engineer. In this way, design efficiency of injection mold is great advanced, and technics of mold design is optimized.
