日前北京人民广播电台宣布DAB移动多媒体广播业务正式启动,用户通过手机等移动终端就可以免费收看CCTV、BTV等各台节目,这是北京地区首个开通的手机电视业务。在此之前,有关IPTV与数字电视之间的争论早已成为业界关注的焦点,而手机电视的出现使得电信与广电之间“合作者”、“竞争者”的关系变得更为复杂。在电信与广电的一步步融合中,对于电信业与广电业而言,究竟是谁动了谁的“奶酪”?

Beijing People＇s Broadcasting Corporation recently declared to provide DAB mobile multimedia broadcasting service. By using that service, the customer could see the programs of CCTV, BTV and so on through mobile terminals for free. Also it is the first mobile TV service provided in Beijing. New problems appear about the relationship between telecom industry and broadcasting industry after that service starting. To compete or to cooperate, the relationship becomes more complex.
