本文通过对进安回族乡农民收入状况,包括收入水平、收入构成、收入分配三个方面的考察,分析影响西部农民增收四大因素,并提出了增加西部民族地区农民收入的政策建议。

This paper research in farmer＇s earning of Jinan Hui Ethnic Township, including three aspects, earning level,earning form and earning distribution. And then, concludes four factors influencing earning increase of the west farmer, At last, bring forward policy advice for enhance the West Farmer＇s Earning.
