介绍了一种最大采样率可达1GS/s的新型双通道并行8位高速A/D转换器AT84AD001的性能特点。该器件具有多种模拟输入和时钟输入方式,可实现多功能的数据采集电路方案。详细描述了AT84AD001在并行交错模式下的工作原理,并介绍了其在2 GHz信号采集系统中的应用,给出了设计方案和AT84AD001与FPGA的接口框图。
The function and performance of AT84AD001 are introduced, which is a double channel, parallel and 8-bits high speed ADC, whose sampling up to a speed of 1GS/s.This device has many kinds of way of analog input and the clock input, so it' s possible to realize the circuit scheme of multifunctional data acquisition.In this article,the working principle of this device which works in parallel interlaced mode is described in detail,and the application in the system of 2GHz signal-collecting is introduced, the interface diagram of AT84AD001 and the FPGA is proposed.
