Study on New Process and Dynamics of Domestic Sewage Treatment by Silicon Rubber Membrane Reactor with Bubbleless Aeration

摘要 对无泡供氧式平板硅橡胶膜生物反应器进行了研究。测定了氧的泡点压力,分别讨论了水力负荷和氧压对CODcr、BOD5和NH3-N等污染物去除率和出口浓度的影响。实验结果表明,在适宜的水力负荷6.12m3/(m2.d)和进水污染物浓度CODcr220mg/L、BOD5140mg/L和NH3-N45mg/L的实验条件下,CODcr、BOD5和NH3-N的去除率分别为91.5%、93.3%和92.1%,出口浓度分别为18.6mg/L、9.33mg/L和3.56 mg/L,均低于《生活杂用水水质标准》(CJ/T48-1999)中规定的出水指标。建立了CODcr和BOD5降解动力学模型,在CODcr和BOD5进水浓度分别低于685.7mg/L和421mg/L的范围内,模型计算值与实验值基本吻合,可用来预测CODcr和BOD5出水指标。 The study on the plate - type silicone rubber membrane reactor with bubbleless oxygen supplying was carried out. The oxygen bubble point pressure was measured and the effects of the hydraulic load and oxygen pressure on the removal coefficients and discharge concentrations of CODcr, BOD5 and NH3 - N were discussed. The experimental results showed that the removal coefficients of CODcr, BOD5 and NH3 - N were 91. 5 %, 93.3 % and 92.1% respectively and the discharge concentrations of the three pollutants above were 18. 6 mg/L, 9.33 mg/L and 3.56 mg/ L respectively under the suitable hydraulic load 6.122 m^3/( m^2-d )and entrance concentrations of CODcr 220 mg/ L, BOD5 140 mg / L and NH3 - N 45 mg/ L, which were lower than those regulated in the“Domestic Station Service Water Ouality Standard ”(C J/T48--1999). The degrading dynamic modelings of CODcr and BOD5 were established, which were proved to be basically agreed with the experimental values and can be used to predict the discharge indexes of CODcr and BODs when the entrance concentrations of COD~ and BOD5 were lower than685.7 mg/L and 421mg / L, respectively.
