摘要 采用微波辅助乙醇浸取工艺从甘草废渣中提取总黄酮。研究了各种因素对黄酮提取率的影响。实验结果确定最佳工艺条件为:预泡时间1h,固液比1:18,微波功率420W,乙醇浓度70%(wt),微波时间50s,微波次数1次。在此条件下,最大黄酮提取率为4.0807%。 The extraction of total fiavonoids from the Waste Residue of Licorice by microwave assisted alcohol solvent was carried out in this paper. The effects of various factors on extraction efficiency of total flavonoids were studied. The experimental results displayed the optimum technical conditions: pre - leaching time lh, solid/liquid ratio 1 : 18 ; microwave power 420w, concentration of alcohol 70% (wt), microwave time 50s, microwave times 1, under which the maximum extraction efficiency of total flavonoids was 4.0807 %.
