摘要
目的探讨老年脑卒中患者血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失多态性与其血浆ACE水平的关系。方法应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)方法检测ACE基因多态性,同时用比色法测定血清ACE水平。对50例老年脑卒中患者与50例老年健康对照者进行比较分析。结果老年脑卒中组D等位基因频率显著高于对照组(P<0·05),DD基因型患者血清ACE水平亦显著高于对照组(P<0·05)。结论血浆ACE水平和ACE基因多态性有关,提示D等位基因可能与老年脑卒中的危险因素有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism and serum ACE level in elderly patients with cerebral stroke. Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to examine ACE gene polymorphism. The distribution of three ACE genotypes frequencies and D allele frequency in 50 elderly patients with cerebral strokes were compared with those in 50 healthy controls, whose serum ACE levels were measured with colorimetric technique. Results The frequency of D allele was higher in the stroke group than that in healthy controls (P 〈0.05). A significant difference in serum ACE level of DD genotype was observed between the stroke group and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Serum ACE level was associated with ACE gene I/D polymorphism. It suggests that D allele might be a genetic risk factor for stroke in the elderly.
