摘要
为检测多环芳烃,采用了1,2-苯并蒽(1,2-BA)、苯并[K]芴(BkF)和3.4,8.9-二苯并芘(DBP)恒波长同步荧光分析法,选择波长差△λ=30nm,只需一次扫描,就可实现3组分的同时鉴别和定量测定.该方法简便、快速、灵敏,无需预分离,用于自来水、海水和溪水的分析,取得了良好的效果.
In order to detect PAHS, a new method of constant-wavelength synchronous fluorescence to determine 1,2-benzoanthracene, benzo [k]fluorene and 3.4, 8.9-dibenzopyrene simultaneously is suggested. Only a single scan is needed for the simultaneous identification and quantitative determination of the three PAHS when △λ = 30 nm is chosen. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and doesn' t need separation. It is used to analyze tap water, sea water, brook water, the good results are get.
