摘要
为了更好地满足国家电网公司高标准电视会议服务的需要,“十一五”期间在国家电力骨干网上将建设覆盖国家电网公司、区域电网公司、省公司高清晰度的视频会议系统。文章就该系统建设所涉及的关键技术及市场应用情况、视讯会议的发展方向等进行了阐述,同时结合国家电网公司会议电视系统运行管理工作实际,就建设高清晰视频会议系统在技术体制、组网方式、新旧系统如何运行、会议电视前端系统的改造、完善等方面应考虑的问题提出了建议。
In order to meet the requirement of State Grid Corporation of China for the service provided by high standard video-conference services during 11th Five-Year Plan period, a nationwide high-definition video-conference system will be constructed based on national power backbone network. The paper introduces key technologies, market application situation and development direction of this system.
