关于“十一五”规划中通信技术的发展研究

Research on the development of telecommunication technologies in the 11th Five-Year Plan

根据国家电网公司“十一五”通信规划的建设目标和建成以特高压电网为核心的坚强国家电网的最终目的。文章简要对电力通信网的技术现状进行了概述,对“十一五”通信技术发展中需要重点研究和解决的技术问题进行了分析,从研究课题设立的背景、意义等方面做了说明。

This paper briefly describes the current situation of power telecommunication network based on the objectives in the 1 1th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan stipulated by the State Grid Corporation of China. It analyzes the key problems need to be researched and solved during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. The paper also makes some explanations on the background of the setting of the research project.
