摘要
采用WHY全自动应力试验机测量了最大压应力为轴心抗压强度80%重复5次时混凝土的变形。结果表明磨细矿渣对混凝土的变形性能有显著影响。磨细矿渣掺量从10%增加到30%时,混凝土28d抗压强度和静弹性模量随矿渣掺量增加而增加,最大变形随矿渣掺量增加而减小,矿渣掺量为10%和20%时,混凝土的残余变形略大于基准混凝土;矿渣掺量为40%时,28d抗压强度和静弹性模量低于基准混凝土,最大变形和残余变形均明显大于基准混凝土的变形。
The deformation of concrete was measured using WHY series full automatic testing machine when the maximum compressive stress was 80% of the compressive strength and repeated 5 times. The results show that the milled slag has obvious influence on the deformation of concrete. The compressive strength and the static modulus of elasticity at 28 days increase with the increment of slag replacement, the maximum deformation of concrete decrease with the increment of slag replacement when the slag replacement increases from 10% to 30%; The residual deformation is slightly greater than that of the control concrete when the slag replacement is 10% and 20%, respectively. The compressive strength and the static modulus of elasticity at 28 days is obviously less than that of the control concrete, the maximum deformation and the residual deformation are obviously greater than that of the control concrete when the slag replacement is 40%.
