摘要 介绍了导电混凝土的导电机理;用外贴不锈钢纤维网为电极。比较了石墨、钢纤维不同掺量对混凝土强度和导电率的影响,比较了导电混凝土在不同养护龄期内电导率的变化和采用交流电和直流电测试电导率的差别,并分析了导电混凝土块在交流电源下的升温效果。结果表明:用不锈钢纤维网作电极,能满足要求;交流电所测试方法能真实反映混凝土的电导率;混凝土的导电率在龄期28d后趋于稳定;综合电导率和强度两个因素,钢纤维和石墨最佳质量分数为2%和15%,28d交流电导率为:2.19×10-2Ω-.1m-1,抗压强度为:23.4MPa;导电混凝土在通电后,电能可转变为热能。 The electrically conductive principle of concrete is introduced, Stainless steel textile web is pressed outside as electrode, The effect of different content graphite and stainless steel fiber on concrete compressive strength and electric conductivity are compared. The change of electric conductivity during different curing ages and the different test result by AC or DC are compared, The electro-themal effect under AC is analysis, The result indicates that it is satisfaction using stainless steel web as electrode. It can really reflect the electric conductivity of concrete using AC power. The electric conductivity becomes stability atter 28 days, When electrically conductive rate and compressive strength are considered, the content of graphite and stainless steel fiber is 2% and 15% and the electric conductivity is 2.19 × 10^-2Ω^4 .m^-1 and the compressive strength is 23.4MPa, The AC power can convert heat energy,
