摘要
分离附着在废弃混凝土块上的废旧水泥砂浆和去除混杂在再生骨料内的微细粉末(如泥土等)是提高再生骨料品质的两个有效措施。当前国内的再生骨料生产工艺未能很好地解决这两个问题,生产出的再生骨料一般含有大量的水泥砂浆同时含泥较多,品质较低。文章介绍并分析了国外两种高品质再生骨料生产工艺,即加热磨损法和湿处理法。由这两种生产工艺生产出的再生骨料可满足用于结构混凝土的要求。最后,提出了我国借鉴该生产工艺需要进一步解决的问题。
Separating the cement paste from the surface of waste concrete and removing the ultral fine powders, such as soil and mud are the major effective ways to improve the quality of recycled aggregates. The recycled aggregates produced from the current recycling technology are often characterized as high volum of cement paste and high mud content due to no enough effective methods for improving the quality of recycled aggregates. In this paper, two recycling technology for high quality recycled aggregates in the world are introduced and analysed. The recycled aggregates produced from the recycling technology can meet the requirements for aggregates used in structural concrete. At last, some problems to be solved related with the aplication of the recycling technology in China are discussed.
