介绍了钢结硬质合金超声波无损检测的原理和方法,讨论了钢结硬质合金在超声无损检测中的一些固有特征,指出了钢结合金常见缺陷的缺陷波及其形式,分析了缺陷产生的原因,对实际生产及质量检验具有很好的指导意义。
The ultrasonic nondestructive test of steel-bonded cemented carbide was briefly introduced including its rationale and menthod.It discussed some inherent characteristic of steel-bonded cemented carbide in testing. Furthermore,it showed the defect wave of steel-bonded cemented carbide and analyzed the clause of flaw produced.The test was valuable for practical application.
