摘要
西部原油成品油管道约有900km与已投入运行的西气东输管道并行,其间距大部分在30 ̄50m,并行段内的部分区域需进行石方管沟爆破施工。为确保西气东输管道的安全运行,分别按30m以内、30 ̄50m、50m以外划分为近距离、中等距离和远距离进行模拟爆破试验,确定出了西气东输管道的安全振动速度以及安全单次齐爆药量的计算式。该试验成果已在西部原油成品油管道工程中成功应用,使并行段内近300km管沟爆破任务顺利完成,确保了西气东输管道的安全运行,表明该模拟爆破试验成果具有科学性和安全性。
There is about 900 km long pipeline of the West Crude Oil and Products Pipeline running in parallel with the operating West to East Gas Pipeline, with the gaps of 30~50 m between the two pipelines. The pipeline trenching in partial sections needs stonework blasting. In order to guarantee the safe operation of the West to East Gas Pipeline, the simulation blasting test was conducted. And the calculation formulas of the safe vibration velocity for the West to East Gas Pipeline and the safe dynamite quantity for the single simultaneous blasting were determined. The test results have been used in the West Crude Oil and Products Pipeline and enabled about 300 km long pipeline trenches to be blasted successfully assuring the West to East Gas Pipeline to be safe.
