摘要
海底管道设计中,一般采用简化的设计方法,即只利用管道的入口压力,默认全管段的设计压力均相同,用这种方法设计的管道造价高,故文章提出一种分段设计法,将管道分成几段,每段的设计压力均取该段的入口压力,各段管道的壁厚可相应减小,从而达到节省钢材的目的。文章对两种设计方法的钢材用量进行了计算比较,并探讨了分段设计法的优缺点。
In traditional subsea pipeline design a simplifying design approach is adopted, in that the only pipeline entrance pressure is used and the design pressures along entire pipeline are considered the same. According to this approach, the cost of a pipeline is rather wasteful. This paper suggests a subsectional design approach, in which a pipeline is divided into several subsections, the design pressure in each subsection takes the entrance pressure of that subsection. Thus the needed wall thickness of each subsection can be reduced to attain the aim of saving steel material. The consumed steel quantities by these two different design approaches are compared and the advantage and disadvantage of the subsectional design approach are discussed.
