The issues of quality supervision and inspection for field assembly welding of spherical tank are divided into more than ten supervision stops, such as technical information examination, quality spot-check of spherical shell plates, assembly quality check, welding quality supervision and inspection, NDT quality supervision, quality check of spherical surface and weld reparation, quality supervision of heat treatment, product welding test plate check, pressure test supervision, air tight test supervision and document and file examination for handing over a completed project.
