低位直肠癌前切除单吻合器结肠“J”形袢式吻合术的临床意义

Clinical significance of low anterior resection and colonanal anastomosis with colonic J-ansae using single anastomat

目的探讨单吻合器结肠“J”形袢式吻合用于低位直肠癌前切除术的临床意义。方法对直肠癌根治术中应用单吻合器结肠“J”形衤半式吻合法行低位直肠癌前切除术的病例进行分析。结果全部病例共24例,吻合过程顺利,术后切口感染3例,无吻合口狭窄及吻合口瘘,无手术死亡。结论单吻合器结肠“J”形衤半式吻合用于低位直肠前切除术具有操作简单、方便、安全、经济、更符合生理等优点,可提高低位直肠癌患者生存质量。

Objective.. To evaluate the clinical significance of colonanal anastomosis with colonic J-ansae using single anastomat in low anterior resection. Methods ：24 patients were operated by low anterior resection and colonanal anastomosis with colonic J-ansae using single anastomat in our hospital after 2003. The data of operation time, complications, including stoma stricture and fistula, and bowel control were evaluated. Results, Colonanal anastomosis with colonic J-ansae using single anastomat in low anterior resection is convenient to perform, safe, economical and wore compatible physiological functions ,and thus can improve the life quality of patients suffering from low rectal cancer.
