针对甘蔗的生产状况和市场的需求,设计了一种家用小型甘蔗榨汁机;介绍了整机结构和工作原理;对甘蔗挤压榨汁的起压角α及上下压辊半径等主要参数、甘蔗榨汁的运动过程进行了分析与讨论;确定了压辊转速ω、起压角α和压辊半径的取值范围。

A kind of domestic used sugar cane crushing machine was designed according to the sugar cane production situation and the market demand ;The integral structure and working principle of the sugar cane crushing machine were introduced in this article; the initial crushing angle α of the machine , the parameters of the upper and lower crushing roller radius and the movement process of the sugar cane crushing machine were also analyzed and discussed; the value scopes of the rotation per minute to and the radius of the rollers were determined too.
