WF-S型智能位置控制器研制

Developing the WF-S smart position controller

介绍一种新一代基于单片机的智能位置控制器。该位置控制器集遥控、伺放、限位、操作等诸多功能于一体,且外形与系统接线没有变化,从而保证了仪表的兼容性。特别是其遥控功能,使现场操作非常方便。WF-S型智能位置控制器的研制,使国产位置发送器上了一个新台阶。

This paper presents a new type of smart position controller based on a single chip. The controller is provided with some useful functions, such as telecontrol, servo, position restriction, easy operation, etc,while its external form and the interconnection wire in the system remain unchanged,thus ensuring its compatibility. Especially, its telecontrol function makes the operation very convenient at the working field. The development of such a controller enables our homemade position-senders to reach a new technical level.
