低分子柑桔果胶粉对糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂的调节作用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨低分子柑桔果胶粉对糖尿病小鼠血糖及血脂的调节作用。方法将糖尿病小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组,糖尿病模型组和正常对照组,3个不同剂量组分别给以等体积的800mg.kg-1.d-1、1600mg.kg-1.d-1和2400mg.kg-1.d-1的低分子柑桔果胶粉溶液,模型组和正常对照组给予同体积的蒸馏水,均连续灌胃6周;6周末测定各组小鼠的血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油含量。结果以800mg.kg-1.d-1、1600mg.kg-1.d-1和2400mg.kg-1.d-13种剂量灌胃6周后,低、中、高剂量组糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平均降低,且3个剂量组小鼠血糖水平较B组有明显降低(P<0.05),且与正常对照组间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05);以800mg.kg-1.d-1和1600mg.kg-1.d-1两种剂量灌胃6周,糖尿病小鼠的三酰甘油水平较A组明显降低(P<0.05)。5组小鼠总胆固醇水平间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论低分子柑桔果胶粉可有效降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平,对高血糖引发的高血脂有一定防护作用。 Objective To observe the regulating function of low molecular citrus pectin (MCP) on blood glucose and lipids in diabetic mice. Methods Diabetic mice were randomly divided into low, middle, high dosege group, model group and normal control group. Diabetic mice in three different dosege groups were fed with MCP, 800 mg· kg^-1 · d^-1 , 1600 mg ·kg^-1 · d^-1 , 2400 mg · kg^-1 · d^-1respectively, diabetic mice in the model and control group were fed with distilled water for six weeks, at the end of six weeks, the fasting serum glucose, triglyceride and total cholesterol were detected in five groups. Resuits After 6 weeks, blood glucose decreased in the mice fed with 800 mg·kg^-1· d^-1, 1600 mg·kg^-1 · d^-1and 2400 mg· kg^-1· d^-1, there was significant difference in the level of blood glucose between different dosage groups and model, control group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Triglyceride were significantly decreased in the mice fed with 800 mg · kg^-1· d^-1and 1600 mg· kg^-1· d^-1 MCP for six weeks compared with model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significantly difference in the level of total cholesterol among five groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Low molecular citrus pectin can decrease the level of blood glucose of diabetic mice effectively, which has some protective function to high blood -fat caused by high blood glucose.
