碱液提取小麦麸皮木聚糖的研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过碱液浸提法及酸法干蒸与碱液浸提相结合两种方法,对已去除淀粉和蛋白质的小麦麸皮进行处理,提取木聚糖。并最终选取NaOH溶液浓度2%、料液比1∶10、提取温度80℃、提取时间2h、60目麸皮为NaOH溶液浸提法提取木聚糖的试验条件。选取H2SO4溶液浓度0.1%、酸解时间8h、酸解温度60℃;蒸煮时间30min、蒸煮温度125℃;NaOH溶液浓度3%、碱液浸提时间2h、碱液浸提温度60℃为酸法干蒸与碱液浸提法相结合提取木聚糖的试验条件。 Two methods were investigated in this paper to extract xylan from wheat bran in which starch and protein were removed. One was by NaOH solution and the other way was combined NaOH solution with dry steam boiling with H2SO4 solution. The optimum conditions of the first method are 2% of NaOH concentration, 1:10 of the bran to water, 80℃ of the extracting temperature, 2 h of the extracting time and 60 mesh. Simultaneously, the conditions of the other way were 0.1% of H2SO4 concentration, 8 h of time deal with H2SO4, 60℃ of temperature deal with H2SO4; 30 min of time of steam boiling, 125℃ of temperature of steam boiling; 3 % of NaOH concentration, 2 h of extracting time deal with NaOH and 60℃of extracting temperature deal with NaOH.
